Welcome!

I am Fanny Farkas. Art has always played a defining role in my life. I have loved drawing and painting since childhood and have continued to grow in this wonderful world. I spent my secondary school years at a school of fine and applied arts, where I learned about many different areas of artistic practice.

During my studies in painting I gained deeper insight into the secrets and techniques of the craft. I continued at the University of Fine Arts, where I earned my master’s degree in 2019. Those years were rich in experience and challenges that shaped my artistic development.

I have taken part in numerous national and international competitions and achieved excellent results. I have more than ten years of painting and material experience, including oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, charcoal and pencil. I also enjoy experimenting with new materials, because continuous learning and innovation are essential in art. I love teaching as well and hold painting courses for both children and adults.

Every branch and movement of art interests me, especially art history. My love of animals is also an essential part of my life. Big or small, I am always moved by their purity and unconditional love.
